About David Wright

Being a recruiter is my second career.  I started my first career in Big 8 Accounting, then was a corporate Controller for 11 years.  After 15 years of accounting and number crunching I changed careers and went into Recruiting and Consulting.I have been a hiring manager, interviewing, extending offers and onboarding new hires.  I have been a candidate, I have changed jobs multiple times, going on many, many job interviews.  Now I am Recruiting and Managing Recruiters.Seeing things from the other persons point of view is a strength that I have been able to leverage when closing reqs and making hires.
